Thanks Bobby! Gratitude as well as having a life where we can look forward to things are the keys to happiness.... and luckily, both of these things are in our control!
Setting time aside to remind ourselves what we are grateful for is a necessary step. The ability to accomplish and then forget is a human flaw--- one that has pushed and propelled us forward! If we were just grateful, we may become complacent... and we would still have wind up cars. Looking ahead and trying to improve things makes us forget the good that we have sometimes... so being purposeful with our thoughts is the key.
This article was a fantastic reminder to set time aside to reflect on the good-- rather than spend every moment chasing something "More"....
